Shipping Address
We will only ship to the billing or shipping address provided during your purchase. Please ensure that all addresses are complete and that a reachable phone number is included. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and only deliver to valid, legitimate addresses.
We are not liable for shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges, which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please WhatsApp our Customer Service team at +65 8889 3455 within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after 24 hours from order confirmation may incur additional shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Time
Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days and will be made during office hours, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays only.
Installation / Shipping Arrangement
Please coordinate with our Customer Service or Sales Team for shipping and installation arrangements. This includes providing installation space photos, responding to template messages, and confirming any installation surcharges. We are not responsible for delays caused by a lack of cooperation or timely responses from the customer.
