Non-Refund Policy: All purchases are strictly non-refundable.

Change of Mind / Refund Request / Promotional Campaign

To better support our customers with valid reasons, we do allow refunds in the form of a credit refund, subject to the following conditions:

- Request must be made at least 1 week in advance.

- Product must be not yet delivered or installed.

- Credit can be fully used to offset any future purchases with us.

- Once you have decided on a product, kindly inform us and we will apply the credit accordingly.


Special Case – Automated Laundry System

If our Remode Hub Team has confirmed installation is possible but during the actual process it is determined that installation cannot be carried out, a refund will be processed accordingly.


If CASHBACK REFUND is insisted (Subject to Management Approval)

- Bank / payment gateway charges will be deducted.

- An additional 20% administrative fee and internal logistics fee will also apply.
