Thank you for choosing our products. We stand behind the quality of our mixer taps and are committed to providing support should you encounter any manufacturing defects covered under warranty.

📌 Basin Mixer Tap / Kitchen Mixer Tap Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:

  • 1-year product warranty from date of collection/delivery, covering rust and leakage under normal usage. 


Service Procedure:

  • No onsite service is provided.
  • Please take a clear video showing the defect and send it to us for verification.
  • Our specialist will analyze the issue. If an exchange is approved, we will notify you to arrange collection / delivery of the tap.
  • Removal and reinstallation services are not provided.


Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or exposure to harsh chemicals is not covered.

🛠️ How to Make a Warranty Claim

When submitting a warranty claim, please provide the following information:
a) Full name and address
b) Telephone number and invoice numbe
c) A video and/or photos clearly showing the symptom or fault of the mixer tap

⚙️ General Terms

  • This warranty is valid for original purchasers only and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
  • All transportation and installation work is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • The item must be returned to the Remode Hub warehouse. The delivery cost, estimated at RM30 per set, will be borne by the customer. The exchange process will commence once the returned item is received and inspected.
