WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR AUTOMATED LAUNDRY SYSTEM
Please Take Note:
Before calling for repair service, please ensure the power supply to the Automated Laundry Rack is properly connected.
When requesting service or repair, please provide the following information:
a) Full name and address
b) WhatsApp contact number and Invoice number
c) A video and/or photos showing the symptom or fault of the Automated Laundry Rack
This warranty is applicable to:
Automated Laundry Systems purchased from MY REMODE HUB and its authorized dealers within Malaysia.
Warranty Coverage:
5 years on Motor and 2 years on the following Parts:
1. LED Panel light / Cove light
2. Anti Dust Mite Controller
3. Fan Blowers / Heaters
4. Plasma Ionizer
Onsite Warranty (Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang only):
- FREE onsite service for 3 months from the installation date.
- After 3 months, a professional service fee of RM100 per trip will be charged for product inspection and replacement (if needed).
- Note: Extra transport surcharges may apply for locations considered too far.
Additional Notes for Malaysia Customers:
1. For areas where installation service is supported (Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang), self-installation voids the warranty.
2. For all other areas in Malaysia excluding Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Penang, where installation service is not yet available, warranty coverage is conditional:
- Warranty applies only if an installation video is provided within 7 working days from the delivery arrival date. Without the video, no warranty will be covered.
- During the warranty period, parts are covered, and the delivery fee is included. However, replacement services are not included.
3. No warranty is provided if full payment has not been received. Full payment includes any surcharges for false ceiling/awning installation, additional brackets, or relocation requests.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty **DOES NOT** cover:
- Labour and transport costs (evaluation, transport, and labour costs must be borne by the customer).
- External/internal appearances, remote controls, buttons, poles, and external parts.
- Damage caused directly or indirectly by:
1. Household pest infestation
2. Abnormal voltage & wiring issues
3. Natural disasters or failure to follow operational instructions
4. Tampering, alteration, or repair by unauthorized personnel, misuse, negligence, or improper operation
Claims for repair/service from unauthorized sources will not be entertained.
